The station Hospital
Until 2003 this metro station received the name of Feixa Llarga. Since then it is called as the popular hospital in this neighborhood, which opened in 1970.
When still being built, Barcelona received the visit of the princess Sofia, who was interested in the works and asked for the name that would bring the hospital. This interest, coupled with the policy of rapprochement with the royal family of Franco’s regime led to one of the buildings in the complex health was baptized with the name of Prínceps dEspanya. In 1981 was the transfer of medical skills to Catalonia, and since 1984 the Institut Català de la Salut, manages this public hospital.
In 2006 in this health centre was opened a new exhibition hall, where you can see works by artists of national prestige.

HOTEL HYATT REGENCY skyfall
